Phase II Environmental Site Assessment

After review of the Phase I ESA reports, a Phase II ESA will be conducted following the likelihood or confirmation of a hazardous presence at a site.

A Phase II ESA includes groundwater and surface samples, in addition to extra samples depending on the type of contamination found. Following the testing, AECOM will develop a report of their findings.

AECOM Environment will perform 2 Phase II ESAs in Blue Island following the decision from the BAT, Consultants, and the City.
