  • Existing Infrastructure

  • Strengths and weaknesses of the area (Opportunities and Issues)
  • Vision for the future


  • Discuss of types of uses and feasibility of uses (from already proposed list)
  • Discuss end user needs w/CWL
  • Discuss infrastructure needs & expectations: utilities, water, sewer, electric, phone
  • Discuss land ownership, replatting options, common space, marketable lot sizes
  • Discuss circulation patterns
